With this objective in mind, Playsport S.p.A. has initiated the implementation of a Social Responsibility Management System in compliance with the requirements of the international standard SA8000 (Social Accountability).
Through this commitment, the Company aims to share the principles of social responsibility with all its stakeholders by promoting an ethical, inclusive, and socially responsible working environment focused on the enhancement of human resources, the professional development of employees, compliance with applicable national and international regulations, and respect for human rights and fundamental labour principles.
Playsport S.p.A. guarantees all stakeholders the opportunity to submit observations, reports, and suggestions concerning the principles and requirements of the SA8000 standard relating to Corporate Social Responsibility.
Communications may be submitted to the Company by completing the dedicated form available at the link below, either on a named or anonymous basis.
Each report is recorded, assessed, and managed by the Company’s Social Performance Team (SPT) according to its content and, where necessary, with the involvement of the relevant company departments.
The Social Performance Team is composed equally of representatives of management and employees, in accordance with the requirements of the SA8000 standard.
For reports submitted on a named basis, the Company will provide direct feedback to the reporting party. Should the assessment identify situations requiring specific actions, appropriate corrective measures will be defined and implemented.
